    Responsibilities

    • Generation and administration for customer purchasing agreements (reseller, integrator, distributor and professional services agreements) from standard department templates
    • Creation and administration for vendors agreements (Recruiting, purchasing and consulting agreements) from standard department templates
    • Administer, extend, amend and terminate standard agreements using department documentation
    • Preparation and administration of non-disclosure agreements, statements of work and change orders using standard department templates
    • Initiation and administration of standard form evaluation, loan and demonstrations contracts
    • Submission of standard forms for approval and signature in accordance with corporate policy
    • Support of document retention process through utilizing of Salesforce software platform
    • Attend conference calls and negotiation sessions with team members
    • Preparation of quarterly and annual reporting on the department activities
    • Follow up on outstanding/open agreements
    • Handle requests for Certificates of Insurance
    • Creation of standard Manufacturer Authorization Letters
    • Preparation and management of written communication with internal and external customers for assigned contractual matters
    • Creation of standard Powers of Attorney
    • Other duties as assigned

     

    Experience:

    • 0-2 Years’ experience in corporate contracts or legal department or equivalent office environment 

    Requirements:

    • Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience. BS in Business or Paralegal a plus
    • Must have excellent communication skills, be proficient with MS Office, especially Word and Excel
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Ability to interface with all levels of employees, management and executives within and across departments
    • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize
    • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, learn new things and be proactive in taking on new responsibilities
    • Familiarity with Salesforce software platform a plus
