This SAP Business Analyst position is a unique opportunity to develop business solutions on the SAP platform in the Satellite Communications industry while working with a multicultural/international team. SAP is one of the core enterprise applications at ST Engineering iDirect, and this position would be responsible for developing and supporting standard and custom solutions on SAP.

This Position is suited for a well‐prounded functional resource who will play a key role in bridging the gap between our business needs and SAP solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes and design SAP solutions to optimize our business operations.

• Partner with IT Business Apps Director on all projects to ensure alignment of project timelines, other initiatives, etc.
• Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within the SAP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP system enhancements, implementations, and optimizations.
• Create and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions to address business requirements,
• Execute system testing, assist users during user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct training sessions as required.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP-related issues.
• Stay updated on SAP latest releases, functionalities, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other team members to design and deploy effective IT solutions

• A bachelor's or master’s degree with a strong focus for business processes and information management.
• 2+ years of relevant experience as a SAP functional, technical, or business analyst.
• Experience with requirements gathering solution design, development, and deployment.
• Experience in financial accounting and reporting principles is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is desired.
