The Supply Chain coordinator will be part of Europe, Belgium Logistics Operation team in Global Supply Chain.  The role will be responsible to support Logistics supervisor in day-to-day activities of the logistics operations, freight carrier management, and international freight/inventory movement. We are looking for a highly motivated Supply chain professional with strong written and oral communication skills to join our logistics team and transform it to a center of excellence . Responsibilities

  •  Prepare documentation, freight carrier coordination, tracking and tracing of inbound & outbound shipments,
  •  Prepare Import and export, inspection documentation
  •  Assist to apply for Certificate of Origin (Chamber application), Certification processes with SGS, Bivac (such as Saber, PSI...)
  •  Regular follow up with Sales admin, warehouse and factory to ensure delivery of products to customer is secured and on time.
  •  Support the Maintenance and Repair operation team to ensure customers returns are processed.
  •  Support planning team on inventory management and cycle count in 3PL Warehouse
  • Provide regular updates on the progress and challenges in terms of product deliveries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management or have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within a high-tech environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working in a highly complex, technical environment and must be able to work under tight deadlines with multiple tasks and priorities with strong organizational capability provided by strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
  • Strong organizational skills (e.g. time management, communication, setting goals, working under pressure, self-motivation, analytical thinking, and attention to detail).
  • Must be a self-starter with a high degree of organization skills with a ‘can do’ attitude - willing to dive into and take ownership.
  • Proficient with Excel, MS Office
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Active learning and critical thinking
  • Knowledge and experience with use of a major ERP system such as SAP is preferred.
