The EMEA Sales Administrator will be responsible for identifying, and driving, initiatives to make the EMEA sales team more effective, efficient, and accurate. They will support the team through administrative actions that enable our customer facing team to be more proactive and engaging with the market. This role requires a blend of strong administrative skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset, and proactiveness. This role will support the EMEA sales team by facilitating quotes for remotes and professional equipment, along with other sales administrative responsibilities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate quotes for remotes and professional equipment on behalf of the relevant Sales rep.   
  • Qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and internal cross checking.
  • Collaborate with the sales manager and regional reps to review, refine and challenge CRM pipeline opportunities and forecasts.
  • Provide support to the sales team in administrative actions related to AR, iSupport and Contracts.
  • Help as a regional extension in support to the post sales organisation with finance, compliance, contracts and the Channel Partner Program where needed.
  • Handle various sales administrative responsibilities.
  • Collect and analyse data on regional sales for assistance and support of sales strategies.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Opps, Finance, Compliance, Contracts and iSupport) to align on the most effective strategies for success in region.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities related to the supporting functions of the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the satellite or telecommunications industry
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

 

Other Requirements: 

  • Experience in the satellite communications industry is a plus
