We are seeking an innovative, creative Digital Marketer who is ready for the challenges, responsibilities, and rewards that come with working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketer will support digital marketing efforts across various marketing channels for ST Engineering iDirect.

Responsibilities

 

  • Leverage Marketo to strategically design, develop, and implement email campaigns, newsletters, and nurturing engagement programs. Ensure all initiatives are tailored to maximize audience engagement, drive conversions, and align with overall marketing objectives. 

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint-based employee blogs by designing and creating engaging, user-focused content. Ensure the internal blog remains current by regularly publishing fresh posts and updating content. Revise and enhance page designs and layouts as required to improve user experience and visual appeal.

  • Supports the management and enhancement of ST Engineering iDirect’s digital assets, including websites, internal and external blogs, microsites, campaign landing pages, social media platforms, and video channels. Contributes to updates and maintenance while offering strategic input to inform future development and innovations.

  • Leverage Google Analytics, Marketo, and ShowPad to generate comprehensive analytical reports. Harness data-driven insights to measure performance, track engagement, and inform strategic decision-making for enhanced marketing and sales effectiveness

  • Keeps employee email database up-to-date
  • Ensure daily inquiries and leads are properly input to Salesforce.com and correctly assigned to sales
  • Assist with designing, resizing or updating email banners, social media and website graphics
  • Assists in development of any new digital asset, website, portal, landing page, engagement program
  • Executes job responsibilities to produce high level of results in accordance with corporate and department goals
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from accredited four year college or university in Marketing, Communication, or related field and 3+ years’ experience
  • Prior experience working in satellite communications, technology, or telecommunications environments or equivalent is preferred
  • Technical experience working with Marketo marketing automation tool or equivalent, SharePoint, WordPress, Microsoft suite, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
