We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sr. HR Generalist – Talent Development to help shape and elevate our talent development and retention programs. In this global role, you will help design and lead initiatives that empower employees to realize their potential while contributing to the business, enable leaders to manage performance effectively, and foster an engaging and inspiring workplace where people thrive. Responsibilities

Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Design, implement, and manage employee development programs, skills training, leadership/management development, and ongoing education
    • Leverage the company’s learning management system (LMS) to enroll employees in training and track completion
  • Partner with department leaders and key business stakeholders to identify training needs and create/source learning solutions that support business objectives
  • Own the management of the company's Top Talent Program
    • Plan annual program, including classroom, e-learning, and experiential offeringsEstablish, track, and report on program metrics
    • Development and implement communication plan, including updates to participants, management briefings, gathering program feedbac
    • Propose iterations for future cohorts
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D initiatives using feedback and performance metrics, and continuously refine programs for impact
  • Engage with external vendors to evaluate solutions and make recommendations to HR leadership

Performance Management

  • Lead the annual performance management process
    • Develop communication plan and timeline
    • Manage and facilitate multi-level calibration meetings
  • Own the administration of the company’s performance management system
  • Coach managers and employees on goal setting, assessment criteria, effective performance practices, feedback, and development planning
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and partner with leaders to address gaps and opportunities for growth

Employee Engagement

  • Manage the end-to-end employee engagement survey process, including planning annual and pulse survey timelines, partnering with the company’s external engagement vendor to define data structures, analyzing results, and supporting action planning with leadership
  • Champion internal communication initiatives to promote transparency, collaboration, and employee voice

HR Generalist

  • Manage the administration of iDirect’s tuition reimbursement program
  • Own the HR Business Process Architecture documentation, partnering with HR stakeholders to ensure the document is updated annually and remains compliant for audit purposes
  • Participate in HR/Talent Development audits as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience with an emphasis in learning & development, performance management, and/or employee engagement
  • Experience using HRIS and learning platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors). Bonus points for experience with rapid e-learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
  • MS Office proficiency in a PC environment, Excel expertise a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, customer service orientation with a commitment to follow-through
  • Self-motivated with the ability to successfully multi-task and self-prioritize work
  • Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail
  • Experience working with diverse, multi-national colleagues
  • Ability to collect data and succinctly report on it
  • Ability to maintain perspective and a sense of humor
