As a Test Operator in our Manufacturing Competence Center (Erpe-Mere, Belgium), you are responsible for performing functional and in-circuit tests on printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) to ensure product quality and reliability. You will operate automated and manual test equipment, follow defined procedures, and accurately record test results.

• Testing (automated or semi-manual) of electronic circuits on Printed Circuit Board Assembly level
• Full testing of electronic devices, finished satcom goods, medical or otherwise equipment

• Identify, diagnose, and document test failures and anomalies.

• Maintain accurate production and test logs in the company’s MES system.

• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times.

• Knowledge of PC and MS Office applications

• Ability to work independently but also as a team player with a proactive and quality-driven attitude.
• Experience in a similar production environment is a plus
