As Operator Print, you play a key role in the final quality of our electronic assemblies. You are responsible for the manual soldering, finishing, and visual inspection of PCBAs, ensuring that each product meets our high quality and reliability standards. You work closely with production and quality teams in a clean, structured manufacturing environment, recognized as a Factory of the Future for 4 times in a row.

• Manual soldering of electronic components on PCBAs (THT, rework, touch-up)

• Finishing operations on assembled PCBAs

• Visual inspection according to IPC or internal quality standards

• Identifying and correcting soldering or assembly defects

• Following work instructions, drawings, and process documentation

• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

• Reporting quality issues and contributing to continuous improvement

• Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail

• Ability to work accurately and consistently

• Familiarity with IPC standards is a plus

• Team player with a proactive and quality-focused mindset
