We are looking for a Strategy & Market Intelligence Partner who can act as a true commercial business partner, helping shape how we position, compete and grow in the market. 

This is not a traditional Business Intelligence or reporting role. Success in this position is defined by your ability to translate data and market intelligence into strategic decisions and tangible business impact. 

You will work closely with Sales, Product and Leadership teams to bring together internal data, pipeline insights, and external market intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations that influence commercial strategy and drive growth. 

 

Responsibilities

Integrate Data & Market Intelligence 

  • Combine internal data (pipeline, CRM, financials) with external market intelligence (benchmarking, industry reports, competitive analysis) to identify opportunity and risk 
  • Develop a holistic business view to support commercial and strategic decisions 
  • Lead market sizing (TAM), forecasting (long term pipeline) and opportunity analysis 

Translate Insights into Action 

  • Convert complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for Sales and leadership 
  • Drive decision-making by linking insights directly into business outcomes 
  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders 

Drive Commercial Strategy & Competitiveness 

  • Support product positioning, pricing and go-to-market strategy 
  • Monitor trends and industry dynamics to enhance our competitiveness and differentiation in the market 
  • Contribute to business case development and evaluation of profitability and revenue performance 

 

Business View & Customer Profiling 

  • Build clear customer frameworks (spend, consumption, commercial context) 
  • Provide accessible insights for pursuit teams 
  • Expand customer intelligence with financial and strategic data 

Navigate Complexity & Ambiguity 

  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving and innovation-driven environments 
  • Translate incomplete or evolving data into structured insights and decisions 
  • Support first-time offerings and new market entry initiatives 

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who combine analytical rigor with a strong commercial and consulting mindset. 

  • 5+ years in commercial strategy, market intelligence, consulting or business advisory, deal environments 
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on analytical work and actionable delivery 
  • Deep commercial acumen and understanding of sales-driven environments 
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and ambiguous market situations 
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency 
  • Create briefings for Executives and VPs on analysis 
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) 
  • Familiarity with sophisticated CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) 

 

Strongly Preferred 

  • Experience in telecom, satellite or other high-tech / innovation-driven industries 
  • Background in consulting or commercial advisory roles 
  • Exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments with long sales cycles 
  • Based in Belgium and requires regular on-site collaboration with sales and commercial teams.
